Inc. has a proven track record for its MAILCRAFTERS inserting machines and systems products. Our reputation spanning over 30 years is predicated upon a sincere concern for our customers. With a wide range of options available, we have the most advanced systems available today! Our product line starts with the Pro Mailer 6.0 inserter. It is available in 2 or 4 station configurations. This inserter has a maximum speed of 6000 envelopes per hour and is designed for jobs as large as 250,000 envelopes per month. The Pro Mailer 6.0 can also be configured with a feeder/folder, with optional OMR, OCR, or Bar code reading. Our high production models are the Edge series inserters that are available in 4 models. These models of inserter are a must for any mailroom and have many options.
If your demands are for more production our 9800 Edge II series inserter is for you. This inserter is as rugged as the Edge series with the addition of air assist at the stuff area, and a built in table divert. The built in divert give you the ability to divert errors without stopping the inserter, batch checking, or many other jobs. PLC controlled with a 10" touch screen to make opertating even easier. This inserter has many other options.
If your needs are for an intelligent inserter that does inline reading, gathering of documents, folds them and then select the material out of the station that needs to go with that set of documents. Our THOR System or APOLLO System is for you. Our AMPS Systems are the most flexible systems that can be custom designed to meet your needs.
To complete your mailing we have our ink jets that mount on the output end of the inserter. If your needs are to print addresses from a file you would us our I.I.S. Inkjet. If you need to read account numbers off of a document and then print the correct address on that envelope you would use our R.L.I. Inkjet.
Information on production and time to do a mailing is becoming more important. That is why MAILCRAFTERS Edge, Edge II, and our Systems are all able to be networked. The network will give management up to date information to run more effectively.
In 1968 we started by offering our customers a cost effective alternative to buying a new inserter, by Rebuilding their old inserter. We still offer that service today with many rebuilding options available.
